Join us in the Peel Lecture Theatre to hear Professor Emily Wilson (University of Pennsylvania) discuss her experiences and goals in producing new translations of Graeco-Roman classical texts. Particular attention will be made to her translation of the Odyssey and ongoing project of translating the Iliad . A wine reception and book signing will follow the lecture.
