PhysFest 2024: Physics Research at the University of Bristol

Bristol Physics opens its doors to the public! Come and learn about the work being done by academics and how it can shape the future.

This event is open to all members of the public of all ages with an interest in physics and is your opportunity to come and learn more about the history of this majestic building and to discuss the importance of UoB's ongoing research in areas such as quantum technology, materials, and astrophysics with the current academics and alumni.

From 1 pm until 5 pm on Saturday 8 June, we will be hosting talks and a panel discussion about the School of Physics' current research. All this will be interspersed with refreshments and the opportunity to meet academics, alumni and current students. The final schedule will be released soon, so keep checking back at this page!
