The Governance team advises and supports: 

• the Board of Trustees and its committees
• the Senate
• the Vice-Chancellor and President
• the University Executive Board
• the University Management Team.

We oversee the University's constitution (charter, statutes and regulations), ensuring that University governance meets the requirements of our regulators. 

The team also provides governance training and support to colleagues to make sure standards of good governance are maintained across the institution.
