  6. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw or Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
  7. There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

Proof of posting or transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt of entry to the Prize Draw or Competition.
  11. Winner entries to the Prize Draw will be chosen at random from all the entrants that have complied with the entry requirements, and this will be either performed by a computer process or by independent members of staff at Promoter. The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

  19. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter. The statutory rights of the winner are not affected.
