About MSci Physiological Science with Study in Industry

This four-year degree is similar to BSc Physiological Science but also provides you with the opportunity to gain valuable insight into how physiology relates to commercial or governmental research. Placements may be in a biotech, food, defence, pharmaceutical or sports science company, or a research institute, and are available by applying directly to providers in a process facilitated by the University. 

Entry to the MSci degree is by application after the first year of the BSc Physiological Science degree.

Health and Social Care or Health Science may also be acceptable; please contact Admissions for guidance regarding your Access course's content.
BTEC offer DDD in Science including Distinction in science units, plus grade B at A-level in a lab-based science
Scottish Qualifications Authority offerSH: AAABB and AH: AB including a science subject and a science/mathematics subject
Welsh Baccalaureate offerRequirements are as for A-levels where you can substitute a non-subject specific grade for the Advanced Welsh Baccalaureate Skills Challenge Certificate at that grade.
