Overview

This innovative online programme will provide you with knowledge and understanding in the exciting field of stem cell biology and regeneration. You will be guided from the origins of this field through to its application (and potential applications) in treating human disease, covering the latest tools and technologies available for study in this area. Programme content is delivered by researchers active in the field, giving you the opportunity to engage with the latest breakthroughs.

If this is the case, applicants should include their CV (curriculum vitae / résumé) when they apply, showing details of their relevant work experience and/or qualifications.

Students on this programme usually undertake a literature review or similar for their dissertation, but it is possible for students to complete an optional lab-based project. Bench fees apply only to students who come to Bristol for 6-8 weeks to complete research project unit CSSBM2001. This must be arranged in consultation with a supervisor and project unit lead, we cannot guarantee that students will be able to take on an optional lab-based project.
