When to pay your accommodation fees
Payment dates for students living in University accommodation.
Before you arrive, you should:
- Confirm your registration details and set up multi-factor authentication to access your financial statement.
- An invoice will be available in your financial statement within 5 days of accepting your offer of accommodation.
- Postgraduate students need to pay an amount in advance to accept their offer.
- Make a payment or set up an instalment plan. See ways to pay.
Payment dates (including instalment dates)
Students living in University accommodation for the full academic year
Pay in full on or before 26 September 2023. The preferred method is via your financial statement.
Or
Pay in instalments on the following dates:
- 26 September 2023: 40% of fee
- 24 January 2024: 30% of fee
- 24 April 2024: 30% of fee.
Set up an instalment plan (Direct Debit or recurring card payment) by 11 September 2023 so payment is taken automatically on those dates.
If you do not set up a plan by 11 September, you will have to make a payment manually on each of the instalment dates. The preferred method is via your financial statement.
Students living in University accommodation for Semester 1 only (September entry)
Pay in full on or before 26 September 2023. The preferred method is via your financial statement.

Pay in full on or before 24 January 2024. The preferred method is via your financial statement.

Nomination properties (Deans Court, Woodland Court or Chantry Court)
If you live in one of our nomination properties (Deans Court, Woodland Court or Chantry Court) you will pay your rent directly to A2Dominion or Unite. You can pay in full or in instalments.
