Repairs

Current staff tenants can report required repairs or problems on the Accommodation Portal, or by contacting the Staff Residential Lettings Team.

Please note these request are not monitored outside of office hours, so if your repair is urgent, and out-of-hours, please contact the Security Office on +44 (0)117 928 7848. Please note that this number should only be used for matters that are so urgent that they cannot wait until the Staff Residential Lettings Office re-opens. Misuse of this number may lead to tenants incurring call out charges.
