Active Choices

'Active Choices' is Bristol’s physical activity referral scheme run through the City Council. It is a 12 week scheme that provides support and guidance by qualified physical activity referral instructors for people with stable medical conditions, whose quality of life can be maintained or improved through taking part in regular physical activity.
