What is the Energise Weight Management Programme?

A unique, sound, safe and effective six week programme to help people
who want to lose weight, maintain weight or gain weight

What can you expect from an Energise Weight Management  class or Individual Programme?

On joining, receive a superb Energise Weight Management Programme handbook
Sections of the programme are clipped into your handbook week by week you will receive
simple structured advice and support which builds into a complete nutritional way of life that you can continue after the six weeks

Who delivers the Energise Weight Management Programme?

All classes are delivered by an Energise Nutrition Co-ordinator who has been fully trained to help you achieve your specific and individual goals

How much weight should you expect to lose?

Typical weight losses will average 1-2 pounds (up to 1kg) per week
