Please include your full name, date of birth and UCAS personal ID number (if you have one) in your email so we can process your enquiry promptly. If you do not provide all of these details, we will not be able to answer your query.

If you want to apply through Clearing or Adjustment, please also include the following information:

  • Your fee status (Home/EU or Overseas)
  • Your full exam results
  • The course and course code you want to apply for
  • Your English Language qualifications, if English is not your first language.

Who we can talk to

We cannot give information about an applicant to a third party without their permission. We can only talk to:

  • The applicant
  • The applicant’s nominated contact, as specified on their UCAS application
  • A person who the applicant gives verbal consent for us to talk to on the phone.

Requesting a change to your application

If you want to request to change your course, defer or un-defer your start date, or be released into Clearing, please complete the online form.

Please do not call the hotline number as telephone staff will not be able to help with your request.

If you need to send us your results, or re-mark results please email:
bristol-results@bristol.ac.uk and include your UCAS personal ID.
