We have an accommodation guarantee in place for new students.  

This means you’ll be guaranteed an offer of University accommodation if you meet the terms of our accommodation guarantee and apply by 30 June 2023. 

If you don’t meet the terms of our accommodation guarantee, you’ll become a non-guaranteed applicant. Read our criteria for being a non-guaranteed applicant to see if this applies to you.  

Non-guaranteed applicants can apply for any remaining spaces in residences in our second round of applications, from 18 to 31 August 2023 (subject to availability). 

It is important to note you will not be guaranteed an offer of University accommodation if you apply in this round of applications. We strongly recommend that you look for accommodation in the private rented sector alongside your application.

 The date you will receive an offer of University accommodation will depend on your student type and guarantee status.
