Would offering routine allergy tests in primary care help improve the treatment of children with eczema?

The best way to find out if routine allergy tests for children with eczema are helpful or not would be in a large clinical trial.  The TEST study, on a smaller scale, will help us understand how a clinical trial of this sort would work.

By the end of the TEST study we will have a better understanding of what parents and GPs think about food allergies and routine allergy tests in children with eczema.

If we can show that a clinical trial is possible, we will apply for funding to enable us to answer this important question.
