Would you like to help improve the treatment of children with eczema?

Dr Matthew Ridd and his colleagues are looking for parents and carers of children with eczema to take part in research studies.

2 June 2015

Do you care for a child with eczema? Researchers from the University of Bristol are running a number of studies locally, looking at how to best look after children with this common and often troublesome condition.

They are looking for carers (parents, grandparents, guardians) of children with eczema to attend a meeting on Tuesday 30th June at Yatton Moor Children’s Centre, Yatton Infant School, High Street, Yatton, BS49 4HJ North Somerset, from 9.30 – 11.00 a.m.

Dr Matthew Ridd, a GP at Portishead and an academic at the university, and colleagues will be there to explain about the studies and invite your help. They need your input to ensure that the research answers the most important questions and that it’s done in the best way possible.

Refreshments will be provided and supervised pre-school age children welcome. Sign up or get more information by emailing or phoning Anna King (Ajl.King@bristol.ac.uk, 0117-3313902). Look forward to seeing you there!
