How to book
We're very much looking forward to meeting you on our open day. You must book a place before you come.
Before you book
Before making a booking, please read the information on the plan your day page.
When you book
You can select up to three subjects you are interested in. For each subject there will be a range of activities, including subject displays, visits to departments and talks. There will also will be a series of welcome talks available. All talks are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and must be booked in advance.
Even if you can't book the talks you would like, you can still make a booking to:
- visit subject displays;
- visit the open day exhibition;
- talk to staff and students about the courses you are interested in;
- visit the Students' Union;
- attend a student-led campus tour;
- visit student accommodation.

Once you've booked
Once you have booked your place you will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking. Your booking letter and a programme will be attached to this email. Please keep this email in case you need to refer to it.
You must print and bring your booking letter with you on the day to gain entry to talks. We cannot scan your booking letter from mobile devices, we will need to see a hard copy. Your confirmation email will include a link to a document checklist, letting you know what to bring on the day.
Please note: you will not receive registration information by post.
If you don't receive your booking confirmation within 10 minutes of submitting your booking, please check your email's spam/junk folder. If you are still unable to find the email, your booking may not have worked: please email email@example.com with your name, email address, postcode and a contact telephone number as soon as possible so we can help. Alternatively, you can call the Recruitment Events team.
If you have not booked for the open day, please report to the main registration point to sign in on arrival. You will not be able to book talks, but you can still visit the exhibition, accommodation and department displays and tours.
View, amend or cancel your booking
When you have made a booking, you will be able to log in to access your booking where you can:
- reprint your booking letter;
- resend your confirmation email;
- change the talks you have booked;
- cancel your booking if you can no longer attend.
Copies of the undergraduate prospectus will be available at the open day exhibition in the Wills Memorial Building.
