Dr Wolf wins mathematics prize

Dr Julia Wolf, Heilbronn Reader in Combinatorics and Number Theory in the School of Mathematics and Associate Chair of the Heilbronn Institute of Mathematical Research, has been awarded the Anne Bennett Prize by the London Mathematical Society.

The award recognises her outstanding contributions to additive number theory, combinatorics and harmonic analysis and to the mathematical community. 

The London Mathematical Society awards the Anne Bennett Prize for work in and influence on mathematics, particularly acting as an inspiration for women mathematicians. 

The Heilbronn Institute of Mathematical Research supports mathematics in the UK through research fellowships and sabbatical opportunities for mathematicians and data scientists, and through a programme of conferences, workshops and focused research activities.
