Biography I began work at ESCalate, the Subject Centre for Education based in the Graduate School of Education, in February 2008, and I support a variety of ESCalate and Higher Education Academy initiatives such as Evidence Net & internationalisation. Whilst continuing to work for ESCalate I am also working as researcher on the Teaching International Students Project which is a joint initiative of the Higher Education Academy and the United Kingdom Council for International Student Affairs (UKCISA) with funding from the Prime Minister's Initiative 2 (PMI2).
