| Areas of expertise | My research interests are focused on the development of novel and efficient algorithms for a wide variety of electromagnetic modelling scenarios. My main area of activity is in extending the Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) method to allow larger and more complex problems to be solved using readily available computer power. In addition, I have worked on other techniques including the Spectral Domain Method, the Partial Element Equivalent Circuit (PEEC) method and the Transmission Line Matrix (TLM) method. Much of my research has involved combining different methods in order to exploit the best properties of each. |
