Areas of expertise I have two broad research interests relating to primary care:

1)The diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of common problems presenting to primary care, for example acute cough and fever in children.

2) The appropriate use of antibiotics in primary care and the relationship between primary care antibiotics and the development of antimicrobial resistance in the community.
