Areas of expertise My research interests include: monastic education and preaching, especially the sermons of Hildegard of Bingen and Jacques de Vitry. I have published editions and translations of the sermons of Jacques de Vitry, and articles on his sermons which discuss chastity and the Cathars. I am presently working on late medieval stigmatics.
