Essential IT maintenance work in Autumn

As part of essential server patching, a series of maintenance work has been scheduled in October and November. The work is taking place to improve and secure our services. Every effort is made to schedule work at an appropriate time that minimises impact.

Planned Work:

  • Wednesday 9 October: between 7am and 10am. Sympa and the DIVERSP database will be affected during this time. Please check the IT Status Page item for a full list of services affected.
  • Tuesday 15 October: between 7am and 10am. MyBristol and T4 edit access will be affected during this time. Please check the IT Status Page item for a full list of services affected.
  • Tuesday 22 October: between 1pm and 4pm. Personalised timetables and DataHub will be affected during this time. Please check the IT Status Page item for a full list of services affected.
  • Tuesday 12 November: between 7am and 10am. Contact Directory and Studentinfo will be unavailable during this time. Please check the IT Status Page item for a full list of services affected.
