The following people are involved with this project:
There are two strands of work to this project. Firstly, we have created a website for the University of Bristol to publish its Publication Scheme, in compliance with Government Freedom of Information (FOI) regulations. The site automatically devolves the responsibility for maintaining Scheme entries to the originating department.
Secondly we have developed and implemented a system to track and manage FOI requests. It uses a customised request tracking system to take queries online or via email and add them to a fully auditable tracking system linking to central staff contact information.
