Overview
If an individual is an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen, the individual and their family could apply to the EU Settlement Scheme to continue living in the UK after 30th June 2021. They will either be granted settled or pre-settled status.
Process
The transition period ended on 30th June 2021 and if you have not made application for the EU Settlement Scheme but you feel you have reasonable grounds you can still apply.

This will depend on your application.
