The Jean Golding Institute have commissioned a residency with Artist Ellie Shipman. Ellie will be responding creatively to research on risk and decision making by Dr Ben Shreeve and colleagues. This will result in an interactive instalation at our Showcase Event at the MShed, Bristol on 17th and 18th February 2022. 

Ben Shreeve's research explores decision making in industrial control systems, using a Lego-based table top game Decisions and Disruptions as a training tool to help identify human behaviour and weaknesses in systems. 

Ellie will be developing the interactive installation over the next 6 months and collaborating with designer and fabricator Jack Stiling of Stiling's Workshop ready for installation in 2022.
