The Festival of Economics comes to Bristol Wednesday 7th – Saturday 10 November 2018, We the Curious (At-Bristol)

Join economists and other experts as they discuss some of the key economic questions of our time over three days of talks and panel debates.

A number of economics staff members are taking part. On Weds 7th November, Simon Burgess will discuss Higher Education: Decline and Fall on Thursday, while Sarah Smith will be part of a panel on Saturday 10th November talking about What are Women Worth?

Members of the Economics Department are also running a Discover Economics day for more than 250 year 11 and 12 students from local schools, together with staff from the University of the West of England and economic practitioners.
