To prepare samples to run on the mass-spectrometers we have an extensive, HEPA filtered clean laboratory. Within this lab we have six nominally class 10, extracted laminar flow hoods for separation chemistry, housed in three different rooms, one of which is equipped with B-free HEPA filters.

The mass-spectrometers are also house in an over-pressured, (B-free) HEPA filtered laboratory. Expansion to provide additional clean laboratory space (4 laminar flow hoods in a new laboratory) is currently underway.
