Drawing in the Glasshouses with Sheena Vallely and Pupgroup

There is no better place to be than in the glasshouses of Bristol Botanical Garden at this time of year, where colour, form and fragrance fill each climate zone from a diverse selection of plants from around the world. The act of drawing in this environment can enhance this immersive experience. Encouragement and instruction will be given to the group and individually each day, with specific exercises to improve your observation and your perception. The course is for all abilities and quality materials are provided.

10 classes on Wednesdays 11am – 1pm

Fee £110  

Maximum of 8 people

Sheena Vallely trained at Liverpool College of Art and at Camberwell College of Arts, London. Sheena exhibits her work nationally and internationally. She is Senior Associate Teacher in drawing at the University of Bristol Botanic Garden where she leads Pupgroup ( Pick up a Pencil group ) See www.sheenavallely.com  and www.facebook.com/Pupgroup
