Redcliffe

Redcliffe is a large area of Bristol just south of the city centre. It's surrounded by the Floating Harbour and the River Avon.

St Mary Redcliffe Church is one of the most recognisable spires in the Bristol skyline, and was the tallest building in the city until 2020.

Bristol Temple Meads station is in the heart of Redcliffe. Arriving in Bristol by train, it’ll be the first area of the city you see.

Temple Quarter

Bristol is a city characterised by innovation and creative technology.

The new Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus, opening in 2026, will bring together students, researchers, industry and the community in state-of-the-art facilities.

This campus is just the beginning of the city's Temple Quarter redevelopment, the largest regeneration project in the UK.

Bedminster

Head across the river and discover the charming neighbourhood of Bedminster.

This is an area defined by creativity. Upfest, Europe's largest street art and graffiti festival, takes place here annually.

Make sure to stop by the Tobacco Factory. This independent theatre venue in a beautiful redbrick building is also one of Bristol's most famous street art walls - with a new mural painted during Upfest each year.

North Street, brimming with character and independent shops, is also a must-visit.

And if you’re looking for the unusual, take a trip to Windmill Hill City Farm to meet the animals or take part in one of their workshops.

Ashton Gate

Visit Ashton Gate Stadium, home of Bristol Bears Rugby and Bristol City Football Club.

This large venue has also played host to some big names like the Arctic Monkeys and the Killers.
